Clients independently evaluate and choose whom to hire based on their own criteria and internal processes.

3. Candidate Representation

Candidates who submit CVs, resumes, or profiles to AVT Recruitments agree that:

6. Fees and Commercial Terms

Recruitment fees, payment structures, replacement guarantees, and service-level expectations are defined in individual written agreements between AVT Group LLC and each client.

Candidates are never charged recruitment fees for standard placement services unless explicitly stated for specific consulting offerings.
