These services may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services without prior notice where necessary.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services.

Candidates must:

AVT Recruitments does not guarantee employment to candidates or hiring success to clients.
All final hiring decisions are made by client companies.
We do not act as an employer of record unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

5. Recruitment Process Disclaimer

By submitting information through our website or directly to our team, candidates understand that:
Their profiles may be shared with clients for relevant positions
Their information may be evaluated, stored, and processed as part of the selection process
They may be contacted for additional information, interviews, or assessments

We reserve the right to decline representation or withdraw a candidate from a recruitment process without obligation to provide justification.

6. Client Responsibilities and Limitations of Service

Clients acknowledge that:
AVT Recruitments provides recommendations based on available data and professional judgment
The accuracy of job descriptions, company information, and offered benefits is solely the client’s responsibility
We cannot be held liable for losses arising from the client’s internal employment decisions or post-hire performance issues

HR consulting, employer branding, and outsourcing services are advisory in nature.
We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the AVT Recruitments website including text, graphics, logos, icons, documents, and visual assets is the intellectual property of AVT Group LLC and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works unless explicitly permitted in writing by us.

Clients receiving candidate information must:
Use the information solely for recruitment purposes
Refrain from sharing it with unauthorized parties
Comply with privacy and employment regulations

Candidates must keep confidential any information shared by clients during interviews unless made public.

12. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally for the purpose of recruitment and HR service delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability
