This Anti-Fraud & Misrepresentation Policy outlines the standards, procedures, and expectations regarding integrity, accuracy, and lawful conduct in all interactions involving AVT Group LLC (“AVT Recruitments”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). As an international recruitment and HR consulting firm, we are committed to ensuring that all candidate and client information is genuine, verifiable, and handled responsibly.

Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind is strictly prohibited.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy aims to:
Prevent fraudulent activity in recruitment and HR consulting processes
Ensure candidates and clients act honestly and transparently
Protect the integrity of our services and talent pipelines

2. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during all stages of the recruitment process. Prohibited conduct includes:
Submitting falsified or manipulated CVs, resumes, or portfolios
Misrepresenting employment history, job titles, or responsibilities
Providing fraudulent academic credentials, certificates, or diplomas
Using false identities or impersonating another individual
Withholding material facts relevant to job suitability
Providing forged references or misrepresenting reference relationships

We reserve the right to verify all information provided and may discontinue consideration immediately if fraud is detected.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, up to date, and complete information regarding:
Job roles and responsibilities
Compensation and benefits
Required qualifications
Work environment and conditions
Company details and legal structure

Misrepresentation by clients is strictly prohibited, including:
Posting misleading job offers
Misstating role expectations
Failing to disclose material information relevant to employment
Providing fraudulent documentation to candidates or AVT Recruitments

If a client engages in misrepresentation, we may suspend or terminate the relationship.

4. Document and Identity Verification

AVT Recruitments may require verification of:
Identity documents
Academic transcripts
Professional certifications
Employment references
Work authorization
Portfolio authenticity

Verification is conducted lawfully and proportionally to the hiring context.

5. Prohibited Fraudulent Activities

The following types of fraud are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Identity Fraud

Using another person’s identity
Providing altered identification documents
Concealing true identity in recruitment interactions

5.2 Credential Fraud

Fake diplomas, certificates, or qualifications
Manipulated academic transcripts
Inflating skill level without supporting evidence

5.3 Employment History Fraud

Fabricated job positions
Fake companies or unverifiable employers
Incorrect dates of employment or duties

5.4 Financial or Billing Fraud

Attempting fraudulent chargebacks
Submitting fraudulent invoices or falsified payment confirmations
Misrepresenting client budgets or contractual obligations

5.5 Phishing or Impersonation

Using our brand or consultants’ names to solicit payments, documents, or personal data
Impersonating a candidate, recruiter, or company representative
Sending fraudulent job offers claiming affiliation with AVT Recruitments

We take phishing attempts extremely seriously and cooperate with relevant authorities when required.

6. Fraud Prevention Measures

We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent fraud, including:
Manual verification of candidate information when appropriate
Cross referencing employment and education history
Fraud detection tools and analytics
Email authentication and domain verification
Secure document handling protocols
Monitoring suspicious patterns in applications and communication

If inconsistencies arise, we may request additional evidence or clarification.

7. Reporting Fraud

Candidates, clients, or third parties who suspect fraudulent behavior must report it immediately to: office@avtrecruitments.com.

Reports may include:
Suspicious job offers
Misuse of company branding
Fake profiles or false candidate submissions
Questionable documentation
Unusual financial requests

Reports are confidential and investigated promptly.

8. Consequences of Violations

If fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, AVT Recruitments may take one or more of the following actions:
Immediate removal of a candidate from all recruitment processes
Permanent disqualification from future opportunities
Termination of client relationships
Withdrawal of candidate submissions made to client companies
Notification of affected employers
Reporting to regulatory authorities when required
Legal action in cases involving significant harm or financial loss

Consequences depend on severity, intent, and impact.

9. Protection of Individuals Reporting Misconduct

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports fraud or misrepresentation in good faith.
Such retaliation may result in termination of engagement with AVT Recruitments.

10. Phishing and Scam Awareness for Candidates

AVT Recruitments never:
Requests payment from candidates for standard recruitment services
Asks candidates to provide financial information
Conducts hiring interviews exclusively via informal messaging apps without prior verification
Sends job offers without prior communication or assessment

Candidates should verify suspicious messages before responding.

11. Limitation of Liability

AVT Recruitments is not liable for fraudulent actions committed by candidates, clients, or third parties outside of our control.
However, we take all reasonable steps to ensure transparency and fairness in our processes.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect evolving fraud prevention standards, legal requirements, or internal procedures.
Updates become effective upon posting with the revised Effective Date.
